Security deposit you require from guests:

- Refund will be made: On the day of check-out
Key delivery
- You will be given a key upon check in that will allow access to the facility
How to access the facilit y
- Someone will meet guests on site.
Facility rules.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- After 10:30 p.m. and until 9:30 a.m., good neighborliness must be ensured by avoiding cackling and disturbing noises. We kindly ask guests to switch off lights, air conditioning, and electrical devices when not in use.
Stays of more than 30 nights (monthly)
- Currently not accepting reservations for stays over 30 nights
Conditions for children
-Children of all ages are allowed.
Additional cleaning fee
Additional cleaning fee of € 100 per stay is not included.
Tourist city tax
In accordance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is required and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
